For any gift baskets that include wine or any alcoholic beverage purchases, please contact us and we'll determine if shipping is allowed to your state. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the wines and/or spirits in accordance with such order to you. The buyer assumes all risks with regards to this service. There are no restrictions for shipping gift baskets that do not include wine.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND IN PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE TO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Wide temperature differentials (hot or cold) can damage wine and chocolate. Although none of us here can predict the weather, we try to make an effort to be conscious of extreme weather conditions across the country. However, you know your local weather best. If you are concerned about weather conditions, please let us know and we will delay your shipment until you advise us otherwise within reason. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. The buyer assumes all risks with regards to this issue. Princess Nagger Wine & Gifts and the carriers it engages are not responsible for damaged wines due to weather conditions.
Shipping prices are determined by final box weight and destination. Shipping estimates as close to 'actual' as possible. If there is a significant difference in shipping paid, and payment has been made by PayPal, a refund of the overage will be refunded promptly via PayPal. If there is a significant difference in shipping over the amount paid, you will be contacted via email or phone, and will have the option to cancel the order without incurring a cancellation fee. You may choose any available couriers, which we will engage on your behalf, or use your own account with any carrier.
We are not responsible for data displayed on cached web servers. Some search engines and Internet providers cache data on their systems, which is like taking a picture of the web page at the time they looked at it. This data might not change until the next time they index the site, which could be several weeks if not longer. Orders once processed are subject to a 5% cancellation charge.
